George, the technician whom we've had over the past few visit, is very quick with his service and personable as well. In addition, the customer service which we receive from Activ's personnel, specifically, Ginny and the former employee, Chrissy was and continues to be excellent. This company also makes every attempt to work within your time frame, as well.

(September 3, 2018, 4:46 pm)I highly recommend Activ Pest. The company responded to us very quickly regarding a serious and potentially dangerous ant issue. Jay, the technician, is simply the best. He confronted the job head-on and was very thorough in following through to make sure it was resolved. He is honest, upfront, and clearly respects homeowners. He listened to our concerns and did not push unnecessary services. He has always been friendly, professional, and has taken great care regarding our dogs. Everyone at the company we have had contact with has provided stellar service, including the scheduling staff who are friendly, prompt, and efficient. Most importantly, the problem was solved!

(August 5, 2018, 2:01 pm)You couldn't walk outside for 10 minutes without getting at least 5 mosquito bites last summer. We decided to get our lawn sprayed and it has made a tremendous difference! I barely had any bites! Plus their customer service is wonderful! They would introduce themselves and made sure I would take my dog out before he sprayed. I am a truly satisfied customer!
