  We had the occasion to utilize the services of F & S. Items included vinyl fencing, vinyl shed, brick and cement patio and walkway. Rob was extremely thorough, professional, courteous and attention to detail. We were completely satisfied with the entire project and the price was reasonable. We would definitely recommend F & S for your future power washing needs.

  These guys are amazing! I couldn't be more happy with the results. Everything looks so nice and clean. And the pricing was spot on.
  
  I was also very impressed that the guys showed up early. They got started immediately and knocked the job out in about 2 hours. I will definitely use this company for now on.

  I recently had a complete home power washing and gutter cleaning performed by F&S. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Communication was outstanding from start to finish, their estimate was the most complete I have rec'd in quite a long time. The quality of their work was outstanding and their pricing was excellent.
  Flip was a pleasure to deal with.

  I wish I could’ve given Mr. and Mrs. Flip Five stars!! They were absolutely incredible from start to finish. I remember talking to Mr. Flip A few months before I want to get the house cleaned. But I immediately realize that he was not sure run-of-the-mill when it came to exterior washing. He is in fact a true scientist and an expert in the field of power washing and cleaning.
  
  They were also quite professional in their execution on the day of the job. Team arrived probably at the house and did an excellent job. They were efficient and organized. And when they were done it’s felt like we had moved into a new house all over again.
  
  F & S Is the only way to go if you want your house clean the right way. They get the job done and they don’t oversell you’re with needless products or services. We are glad to refer them to anyone who asks and can’t wait to work with them again.
