Guilford Hurst is an outstanding provider who has been in the field a very long time! I've dealt with many psychiatrists in my day, and my most recent of like 12 years retired. I transferred my care to Guil because I know he's knowledgeable and willing to do and/or try what works, I had seen him in action in the past. "If it aint broke, don't fix it" as the old saying goes. If I had seen nearly any other practitioner they would have tried to change the medication regimen that I've been on for over a decade just because that's what most feel like they need to do. Guil HEARD me, and understood I've been mostly stable over the years with minor adjustments here and there. I could write volumes, but if you need a provider who you can trust will do right by you - go see Guil at Focus by the Beach in Lewes. I drive 90 minutes to see him! That should tell you how important it is to have him manage my care.
Worked with gill herst and my experience has been more amazing then I could ever imagine. He is not the first person I’ve worked with though the first person to take the time to listen and understand rather then assuming and rushing.
