The tech who came out went above and beyond to take care of me and my mom. We got a flat in Rehoboth Beach, DE which is 2 hours away from where we live in Annapolis, MD. After calling Geico roadside assistance, a Carrillo's Auto employee came out to switch out the flat. Minutes later we discovered our spare tire was flat as well! Luckily it wasn't punctured, and he took the spare tire a mile away to Wawa to fill it up with air so we could safely drive somewhere to get a new tire. The tech went above and beyond to make sure we safely got out of DE!
The guy Jose was awesome..went through Geico Roadside Assistance and Carillo's is the one who answered immediately at 6 in the morning. He was there quickly..got me loaded up and on the way to a tire center..he even suggested a few we should go to to help me save money. He also offered to stay with me to make sure the tire center had the correct tire for me. Jose is a great guy, a family man, and I'd do business with these guys just because of him. Thanks Jose!
