    I called and spoke with the team at WMF today to schedule my spring maintenance and boat launch. The staff are great, they know their customers by name and were very flexible to my requests. It’s nice to be a valued as a person and not just a number when working with WMF. Thanks again for the top notch service!

    In response to Lucas, I was in the meeting with the owner when you walked in the door and tried to extort their business. He may have been short with you, but was not rude. You were told that he was in a meeting, dismissed that fact, and continued with your pitch on how you were going to save him money. He simply said that he was good and not in need of your services, to which you replied that you were interested in a pontoon but would need to be treated better and then walked out the door. What you didn't realize, was that after you left, he asked his assistant to look into your company and possibly schedule an appointment with you. I never post reviews, but when I see something that is a blatant lie, I feel obligated to speak up. Your demeanor as a salesperson was unprofessional and abrasive. Period.
