  The food at Cantina Ultima is beyond amazing! In addition, the drinks are great pairing. I had a Mezcal Mule with a smokey salt rim which was a great blend of snokey and sweet flavors. It went perfectly with my dinner.

  I'm sad that it has taken me this long to leave a review for my #1 choice when it comes to food in Delaware.
  I've only been here once, but our friends brought us here and I am so glad we came.
  That night we had 2 orders of the steak burrito bowls, I had the duck confit burrito bowl and the other guy with us had a brisket/hamburger sandwich. We also had the guac for a starter.
  
  Let's talk about the meat. My God I haven't had steak that soft, juicy, and flavorful in years. Literally still remember the flavor after months gone by. The duck confit burrito was genius and outstanding and the sandwich my buddy had was out-of-this-world. The guac had something in it that made my mouth tingle, still trying to make my own guac do that; AMAZING!
  
  Yes, the prices are a tad high but you can taste the food quality and I would spend even more for the food if necessary. Price is the only reason I don't frequent here, i'd be broke without self control =)
  
  My ONLY criticism (and this is really a stretch) is the drink menu. We each got a margarita, though freshly made, they were just okay. The food overshadows the drinks by a mile, but maybe that's changed.
  
  I have and will continue to boast about your restaurant and I cannot wait to come back!
