(June 3, 2018, 11:09 am)Best ice cream in the world! And Joe is the best! The snocone parfairt is the best thing on the menu but the homemade ice cream is also worth the stop. Also cheapest ice cream you could probably find in rehoboth. Everyone needs to go here!!
