Beebe Healthcare (Women's Healthcare Rehooboth)

Not sure why there are such negative reviews. The wait time was a bit long but I kind of expected it to be in a place like that.

A lot of the reviews were about checking in. I had no issues. You sign in your name on a computer and wait for them to call you and then you fill out all your med information on an ipad (which Ive had to do in other offices). Its pretty easy and fool proof even for people who aren't tech savvy.

Staff was friendly, helpful and I love Dr. Arnolds. Pretty nice place in a good location. Definitely recommend.

Also to add- they did call to reschedule my appointment but only because my doctor was taking a holiday vacation. I had no problem getting them to answer the phone and rescheduling unlike some others have experienced.

I don't usually write reviews but I just had to write one for this practice. A friend recommended the practice to me. I went today with no expectations and I was beyond impressed. I saw Dr. Adeline Nukuna. She was an absolute delight! She was very personable and made me feel so comfortable. The receptionists and nurse were amazing as well. I am so pleased with this practice and look forward to returning. I am sad to see the low star rating on google but I guess people with a bad experience are more eager to write reviews than happy customers, so that is why I made myself write this.
