“It's a great place to dash in for a sandwich, ice, drinks, etc. on the way to the beach. A very busy store and the staff can be a bit testy at times, but it's to be expected especially during tourist season. A lot of out of town customers are rude, in too much of a hurry and treat the locals who work in retail like dirt. Slow down. Relax...you're at the beach. The sand and water will still be there. I like the staff. I like the store (better than 7/11 across the street). 4 stars because sometimes the dine and dash buffet needs to be refreshed and looks crappy, but otherwise, it's a great little place to stop for snacks and refreshments.”

“Since the store opened, I have shopped at this location on several occasions. I had the opportunity to purchase several gifts during the Christmas season. During each of my visits, I had the pleasure of dealing with a very gracious young man that was well-versed in the products. Without his enthusiasm for the product, I probably would have not purchased as many pieces as I did. I really wasn't familiar with your products, but was intrigued by the colors and craftmanship. Jose made me feel as if I mattered and did not waver or get discouraged with my indecisiveness when trying to pick the right pieces for my family and friends. It was quite evident that Jose valued me as a customer from my first visit and that gave me the incentive to continue shopping at this outlet. I have even popped in a few times just to say hi if I happen to pass by the store and see him in there. I frequent the outlet center often and I must say that I have never experienced such superb customer service in any other store. I was even able to witness this young man helping other customers and he treated every customer with kindness and respect. Le Creuset is very fortunate to have such a well-mannered, respectful, and knowledgeable employee, unlike many of the other stores at the outlet. I have told all my friends around town about Jose and how they should find him if they are interested in Le Creuset products. By the way, I was in retail management for years and I always feel compelled to give "shout outs" to individual that are well-deserving. I may be retired, but you can never take the "retail" out of this girl. LOL”
