    Recently bought a 2019 Keystone cougar 34TSB from Delmarva Rv in Seaford. They gave me the best price around! Drove from NY to DE to pickup our new camper and everything went great . My sales guy Bob V was excellent and so was John the delivery guy . He even installed my weight distribution setup that was complicated in no time flat . Would highly recommend them to any one looking for a great deal and excellent customer service.

    My husband and I recently purchased a new Coachmen Travel Trailer from this company. We visited another local company about a year ago, and while they had what we were looking for, and seemed knowledgeable, they were pushy. I hate that. Due to our experience at that company, we were so nervous about going to Delmarva RV Center and signing the papers, we didn't even eat lunch. But, the process was flawless. The salesman was chill. We went in knowing what we wanted. He listened to us, made some helpful suggestions and that was it. The service guy that gave us the tutorial on pick-up day was fabulous. He was down to earth, his instructions were clear and he knew his stuff. Above all, he has honest. Lastly, we dealt with the finance guy. He was awesome too. The price the salesman gave us was the same price we got in the finance office. He was kind, efficient and really thorough in his explanations. All of the staff answered every question we had and seemed happy to do it. There were two items on our camper that were either missing or needed a quick fix. That should happen in the next couple of weeks. I will update the review to report on that process. So far though, these guys were not only better than expected, they were an absolute pleasure to work with.

    Our salesman was Ricky and he was phenomenal. We showed up at the end of the day and he and Fernando stayed for HOURS after closing to make sure we had all of the answers and information we needed. I probably asked 100 obscure questions and he made sure we had an answer to every one of them. We ended up buying a new RV and trading in our old one that day. I'm usually a pretty hard sell so that is something I would NEVER have seen myself doing, but we really felt comfortable with how we were treated and the level of honesty we received. After we had our old RV dropped off we realized we had left a bunch of stuff in it underneath and Ricky went in, got it all out for us and had it waiting when I went to pick it up. A+ customer service. The trailer that we got (a 2019 Wildwood) is absolutely wonderful and my family is excited for the time we can now enjoy together in it with all of the extra room and amenities. I have already recommended Delmarva RV to several friends and family members.
