  Specifically, professional assistance was sought in order to thoroughly protect the family member's estate assets, facilitate appropriate oversight and ultimately, ensure healthcare decision making in accordance with the family member's stated wishes.
  Throughout the entire process, the Firm's members, individually and collectively, were professional, personable and thorough. Perhaps as importantly, they were patient, understanding and especially sensitive in the course of explaining all pertinent matters and providing applicable options to be considered in constructing a formal Estate and Medical plan, consistent with the client's wishes.
  Upon project completion, all of the family member's wishes were sensitively, respectfully and thoughtfully considered.   I came to Procino wells & Woodland with extremely high expectations since I was highly recommended by a dear relative who had to settle her parents estate.They surpassed all my expectations and walked me through the whole process of setting up my trust and explained it so I could understand every thing.not so a lawyer under stood but so I could make what I thought was best for me and heirs. I would also recommend attending their "off the clock meetings" they are free and very informative.

  Michelle, Amber and their staff are a great team. They make complicated legal stuff easy to understand. Best of all, when your initial work is complete, they follow-up annually with their trustee workshops, emails and mailings. I would highly recommend PW&W.
