“This was my home church growing up in Seaford, DE. I moved to NC to go to college & settled there. Until October 18, 2017, this was still my mother's church & I would often attend with her on visits to DE. The congregation is very small at this time, but I hope growing. You will not find a more caring group of people anywhere. Pastor Beth Elzey always has a smile on her face. Her mother is a popular minister in Sussex County so it is in her blood. She goes way beyond expectations as we learned recently when our mother was dying. Before Mom passed, Pastor Beth would phone her frequently while Mom lived in her home & would even come by & take her to see a cousin in a nursing home an hour away. The men & women of this church all reach out & show Christ's love by their actions. If you live anywhere near Seaford or Bridgeville, check out this church.”

“I think it is amazing that a small rural church would take the time and expense to maintain a cemetery dating back as far as this one does. That shoes how much respect the church has for the surrounding community. I myself do no have any relatives in this particular cemetery, however if I did I would be proud of the care they would have been given. The church immediately garnished my attention while riding by just given the fact the small church is so well cared for. Bravo to the preacher and church leaders for doing such a wonderful job in taking care of such a beautiful little church.”
