  THANK GOODNESS we found Matt the Carpet Guy! Our new puppy decided to use the carpet on our steps as a chew toy. We thought we would have to replace the entire section of carpet on the steps. Google carpet repair and found this great company. Sent pics of the damage to Matt, he gave us a fair quote and we scheduled the repairs. The final cost was less than the quote and it looks GREAT! I would recommend this company to anyone!!

  There a very few companies that work with such high standards around this area. Matt was professional through every step of our transaction. From the very first time I reached out to him, 2 years ago, when he told me my carpet had a few more years of life left, to our most recent encounter which is when we finally pulled the trigger and replaced all of our carpet. He was on time for every meeting and was prepared with all the samples that he thought I would like (based on what I told him of course). He helped me to select a carpet that would meet my families needs. Once we signed a contract with him, he continued to be on time with his appointments and his communication meeting and even going above all of my expectations. He gave me a date of install and never changed that date. The final product is absolutely gorgeous! His company represents the finest of quality and the best of customer service. Anyone in the market for new flooring should, at the very least, give him a call. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain. I am above satisfied, I am flat out grateful! Such a great company with an Owner, Matt, who cares deeply for what he does and it shows in every aspect of his business.

  Matt (owner) was a pleasure to work with. Matt was very helpful in helping me select type of carpet and providing various colors of the carpet I was interested in. Matt was very responsive to any concerns/questions I had and provided a quick estimate. Pricing very competitive. He was quick to setup install and installers did a great job. Highly recommend and will definitely use Matt again in the future.

  The Carpet Guy is also a "Vinyl Plank and Tile Floor Guy" ... Matt is a pleasure to work with on the estimates and choosing colors and patterns... Matt's team removed carpet padding in two rooms and replaced it with waterproof vinyl flooring. We are so happy with the results. The team did a great job - especially with the edges and mouldings. The rooms were clean when they left. Next up for us - carpet in the Master Bedroom and stairs...

  Love, love, love our floor. Matt was such a pleasure to work with. The floor looks amazing. Everything was clean when they left. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
