I have been dealing with Red Dog for quite some time, and they have never failed me. Our 17 year old ac/heat pump system finally failed, so of course we needed a new system. Ken was awesome at getting our financing squared away and had our new American Standard system installed by the end of the week. The installers were very professional and worked tirelessly in the 100+ degree temperatures. I am totally satisfied with the job that they did. I Highly Recommend Red Dog Services; they are a Top Tier business in my book !

Ken and his Red Dog team are amazing. He’s super prompt, always gets back to you quickly and offer exceptional service at a decent price. We used them for a whole HVAC install and since it’s vacation home, whenever I find something odd or not working properly, they always come by quickly to have it resolved!! Super amazing service, have also used them to do a re-plumb and their plumber - Bryon really does great work and always answers any questions! When finding quality contractors is tough in the area, these guys are top notch!

Red Dog came to my rescue in record time with quality/professional work at a reasonable price. My old heat pump unit failed and it was over 90 degrees out with renters in the property- disaster. A call to Red Dog was made and within 20 minutes the owner was on site assessing what required. As a potential new customer whose existing maintenance contact company (and all other companies in the area) were at least 2 weeks out on new installations I thought I was doomed. The owner then to my surprise said he could install a new unit within a day and a half. To my amazement the job was completed as promised. they are no longer RED DOG to me they are BIG DOG. They have a new client for life.
