“This area is a grand combination of a park, a camp ground, a strip of oceanside beach just made for surfing, and an additional dedicated beach that allows drive-on with a surf fishing permit. I’m saying it’s 5 golden stars in my world because the seasons, tides, winds and weather allow us to experience the earth, sky and sea in this unique place. The Indian River Bridge spans the inlet and creates an overhead arc that frames the coming and going of boats, bikers, surfers and nature lovers from the Indian River inlet to the Atlantic Ocean. An amazing place to walk, picnic, beach sit, fish, and just observe a sunrise, a sunset and all the time in between. Stunningly awesome.”

“First visit last night was amazing. We were seated promptly, no wait. Waiter was fantastic and very attentive. Drinks came right away and then the food came. I simply put, cannot express the top quality of the foods the chef puts out. He/she must be professionally taught. The seasoning on everything including the vegetables was spot on. My husband absolutely loved his Blackened Tuna. I have NEVER tasted an open faced Turkey sandwich with gravy like the one I got. The prices are also spot on!!!! “This was our first visit on recommendation from a friend. There was a good variety of food to choose from and prices are reasonable. The server, Miranda, was excellent. The down side was it took about 45 minutes to get our food which were sandwiches. When asked, we were told that it was due to a shift change for which our server was apologetic. Nonetheless, they needed better coverage. After all that, the sandwiches were very good, the fries not so much.”

“I had the pleasure of going to Baywood for brunch with my Parents and some family friends. As we drove up I was thinking this is a really swank place. But once inside it was very warm and inviting and not to uppity. I ordered the short rib hash, just wished there was a little bit more meat. The other picture is of the Belgian waffle with fried eggs and bacon. The prices were reasonable for brunch. The service was good. It was cold when we went so we ate in the main dining room. The fall decorations were outside and throughout. I can only imagine what the holiday decorations would look like. I hope to go back in the Spring and Summer to sit out on the patio. The view is AMAZING. I may also want to go back as the bar area was very warm and inviting.”

“Grotto Pizza is consistently awesome! I am not a huge pizza fan, (I know it's weird), but when I don't decide on pizza it's Grotto! We had the sampler app, it was probably enough for our meal, but we got the pizza anyway. Grotto never leaves you wondering where the toppings went, because they are generously applied. Our server Brittany was a true pleasure and the manager Derrick even stopped by to make sure everything was good. Great food, great service, great experience!”
