“Great experience. They called my vet to make sure my cat had the appropriate vaccinations. Easy check in procedure, they email the paperwork making it more efficient. My cat does not like to be held or carried especially by strangers but they did a great job handling him and he was smoothly put in and out of his carrier when I dropped him off and picked him up. They ask about feeding patterns and even give back the unused food if you bring in your own. Thank you for the piece of mind!”

“The technician was "EARLY" for the appointment (needed stove and ice maker looked at)... We were very surprised and HAPPY! Howard was professional, very polite, friendly & honest! (We had already had a neighbor look at it - but wanted a professional opinion.) He told us the problem and offered solutions that included his company doing the work but also ones that we could find others to do at a cheaper price. We were VERY happy with the service and the cost of the estimate (NOT once did the employee we spoke to to set up the appointment EVER say it would be free...) We would contact this company again for help with our appliances if we ever needed help again. 5 stars! :O)”
