I hold onto my cars for years just so I don’t have to go through the excruciating process When the insurance company told me my car was a total loss after an accident I was involved in I broke out into a cold sweat in anticipation of the car shopping process. Price Acura was the first dealership my wife and I stopped at to begin the journey. We were welcomed by sales associate Rafael Gomez He immediately made us feel comfortable about wandering around looking at what was in our price range, running to get the keys and suggesting we test drive a few cars we were interested in to see. He was respectful of our decision to look at other dealerships. I think he knew we would be back. We went down the street and looked at a few other cars but we both knew something was “different”. The sales person was not listening to what we wanted. Of course we went back to Price Acura and our new friend Rafael. We wandered again and Rafael was so helpful.
