“I needed new brakes. I thought it would possibly be front and rear. Based on past experiences at other shops I was expecting a $500+ job. When I got to the shop Jeff came out to me, and took a quick look at my brakes. He quickly assessed that my front brakes needed new pads & rotors which had me thinking $$$. He made a quick phone call to a supplier, and quoted $260 for my car! That's a great price for that kind of work! I was so relived that I asked him to add an oil change in the process. I took it in at 11 am, he said he'd have it done by 1:30 pm. Sure enough, he called me at 1:30 all ready to go! PS: He could have told me the rear brakes were bad too, but he was honest. He told me they have at least another six months before needing knew pads! ”
