After a review of the patient's questionnaire, Dr. Shapiro spent nearly an hour examining him...which turned out to be a her!, reviewed needs, diet, behaviors...answered tons of questions, showed real concern and empathy. She treated her so well, so gentle, so kind. She took her time, gave me tons of information to read and told me to call anytime with questions. The office staff were great! This is the first time I was there just having made the appointment that morning...and when I walked in they knew exactly why I was there and who I had with me. I feel very confident that our little beardie is in good hands! I highly recommend this place and Dr. Shapiro! All the patients looked very happy as they were coming and going!!!”
