We went to a store in a near-by state that has an extensive selection of Flex-steel recliners and sofas and made our choice and then contacted Elena with that choice. This is a revised review. The owner contacted us after reading my initial post. He wanted to clarify some points I brought up in the review and make things right for us. I was very pleased he reached out to us and felt that he was going the extra mile in customer service. I deleted parts of the first review. Overall, I really like the store, Elena, and I would most definitely shop there again and I recommend it for furniture shopping.”
