We feel very welcome in the park, management answered all of our questions and stuck by us during the application process. Our neighbors have all been friendly. The mobile home trailer we purchased is worth the price. We are anxiously moving our boxes of things into the new home. There are rules to adhere to in the park, all of which are reasonable and help bring a sense of familiarity, responsibility and comfort to the community. I can tell that the residents are proud of the neighborhood they live in. As a first time home owner, I am excited to get settled in and my wife is looking forward to decorating the interior with owl ornaments. I've heard nothing but good things about living in the area from long term members of the community.
