RAMEN BY UZU

Absolutely loved this Ramen. The food and hospitality was amazing. Food was fresh , hot and on point. The greeting from the cook made me feel so welcomed. Will visit again on my next trip to DC.

I love this place. This is a top 3 ramen I have ever had. My favorite is the shoyu ramen and sub the pork loin for chicken. The staff are very friendly and everything will be ready within a reasonable time. The chicken is cooked perfectly. It’s very moist, soft & flavorful. The noodles are always cooked to perfection as well. I love to come about once a week or two. Only downside is the price point, $17 for one bowl. But worth it.

The texture of the noodles is springy and chewy. The only downside, the broth is too salty that I almost wanted to add more water to dilute it.

Cute little Ramen stall with friendly service and some tasty options. I felt the flavors were authentic Japanese and the broth was delicious. I think my noodles may have been slightly undercooked but not enough to ruin my meal. Reasonably priced option for a quick bite at union market… I would try again.

This is by far the best Ramen in the DMV. The bone broth is incredibly rich and bursting with flavor. Meat was render and delicious. UZU is the real deal!
