(July 24, 2023, 5:26 am)Food is always good. Don't care too much for the potato salad. It's smashed, and I don't particularly care for that texture for a cold salad. I didn't even ask for that. I asked for coleslaw. Guess they gave me what they wanted but not what I asked for. I didn't see until I was home smh. I bought lunch for myself and my husband. So disappointing.
(July 9, 2023, 8:10 am)Good quality, inexpensive and quick! We got the ribs, pulled pork sandwich, collards, potato salad and Mac n cheese for $25 - came with coleslaw and cornbread. The meat was tender and flavorful, the mild bbq sauce was warm, thick and sweet but tangy.

(May 26, 2022, 5:42 am)The restaurant is a staple of the neighborhood. I have stoped here a few years ago and again this week. The bbq is ON POINT in so many ways. I’m going to make it a point to get here more often. Depends on which road you are on, it can be a challenge to get into the parking lot- from the hotel side it is the most convenient. This is a DD&D candidate for sure. 5-stars
