  I travel from Silver Spring, MD to this Metro PCS store because of Cindy! She always provides excellent customer service. I could go to another store closer to my home, but I'd rather travel a little longer knowing that Cindy will do her best to help me with whatever issues I have. Today I went in because my phone charger would not fit into my phone. I thought maybe I had the wrong charger. Cindy took one look at my phone and the charger and said no its the right one. There was a piece inside my phone that was bent and that's why my charger wasn't fitting properly in the phone. The store was about to close but Cindy took my phone examined it- then opened it up. Next, she was able to push the piece that was preventing the the charger cord to fit properly into the phone and Wa-la! I can charge my phone again! Thank you Cindy! Cindy should be commended because she goes above and beyond to serve customers. Also, this has been my experience in the past, every time I'm greeted by Cindy at this location for Metro PCS.

  Cindy was so awesome ! Best Metro I have ever been to! The whole store was clean and inviting! Highly recommend!

  Rosa is and always has been very helpful to me . I live in Temple Hills MD, but always come to this store. Her warm smile is always welcoming. She is always trying to satisfy her customers. I have to say I'm very happy to make the drive to her store whenever there is a issue. Thanks for wanting to be here and thank you for wanting to do your job. Rosa Rocks!!!!
