  Great Place! I am an older adult and have tried everything through the years to get in shape and lose weight. I joined FBBC at the beginning of the year and I am thrilled with the results! The coaches are AWESOME! It is amazing how much personal attention you receive. They also address training, diet, health, and the mental side of fitness. It is the best I have ever seen. It is great for ANYONE at any level. If you are just starting, you will feel right at home. I really can't say enough good things about the facilities, the coaches, and the plan! It is the best decision I have made for my health!

  My wife and I moved to Texas at the end December for my work, leaving behind 50 years of friends and family.
  
  Fast forward 2 weeks after the move and her and me walking into the Aledo FBBC to register for a fitness challenge. The moment we walked in the door I felt like I was on the Truman Show. We were greeted by our names by Coach Tiffany and she made us feel at home. This has held true every day since day one.
  
  One reservation I had was not having the time to get a workout in before work. The workouts are 30 minutes on the dot, so you are in and out before you know it.
  
  Workouts vary day by day and they offer alternative moves for all skill levels.
  
  In addition to the workouts they provided an easy to follow nutrition plan that allows flexibility in food choices.
  
  I also travel occasionally for work, which was the case this week. My coach provided me workouts to do on my own or I could have gone to an alternative location to still get my workout in.
  
  The coaches all inspire, motivate and drive everyone to give maximum effort 100% of the time.
  
  I’m hooked. I’ve been going 7 weeks now and only missed a few days because of travel. In the short amount of time I’m down 30+ pounds and 20+ inches. But more importantly to me than the results are I’ve found friends and family in my new home away from home.

  I love this place! The facility is very clean and organized and the coaches are all knowledgeable and encouraging. As a senior citizen beginner, the coaches are always offering me modifications that I can use to complete the stations at my level and no one ever disparages me for not being able to do the station perfect. I appreciate that! Also, it's more like a family there... everyone is encouraging and gotten to know several of the other boot campers!

  Great workout facility! The coaches...Tiffany, Andrea, Kelly and the owner, Toni are awesome. So thankful for this place every day after it has changed my life over the past 5 weeks. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to work out and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Check it out...I promise you won't be disappointed. I would rate this place 10+ stars if I could because they hold me accountable and are very supportive. I couldn't do it without my Fit Family.
