There were a couple of ups and downs in our process that aren’t typical and could have been very overwhelming for first time buyers and Jon was incredible. He remained calm and comforting and explained everything to us along the way. He makes himself very available. When we told him we liked a house we saw, he asked if we were available to go by again that same evening. When we decided to make an offer he had it ready for us to sign almost immediately.
