  Had an excellent experience with Sarah in the D.C. store. I'd called the day before, scouting options for a sleep-sofa. She was highly knowledgable about products, prices and options -- very helpful, patient and professional. I went in last night intending just to price possibilities, but ended up making the purchase, because I was so impressed with the service I received as well as the quality of the sleep sofa. I cannot recall another time I have been so pleased with a retail shopping experience! Sarah is a young woman with exceptional capability. She does La-Z-Boy proud. Jan Piercy

  I was super impressed with the customer service! Dianne spent a lot of time explaining the options and helping me choose-even moving furniture so that the 2 recliners I was considering would be next to each other and easier to try out. She was patient while I tried everything and answered all of my questions very knowledgeably, but with no pressure. Sarah placed the order with me, and was also very patient and helpful with all of my questions about products, payment, and delivery. After I finished the order and left the store, Sarah discovered a way that I could get my recliner more quickly, and called me to present that option in case I wanted to adjust my order. The recliners are amazing and the staff went above and beyond!

  Dianne was extremely helpful. I came
  in with the outline of an idea and she helped me see my vision in full detail. I appreciated her knowledge of the space design software as well as product specs. I'm looking forward to working with her again in the future.

  Shopping at la-z-boy was possible the most enjoyable experience I've had shopping for furniture. Michael was attentive but not overbearing (like most furniture stores can be) and incredibly helpful. I am moving and needed the couch to be delivered elsewhere and Michael was wonderful about helping us figure out the best way to get it to my new home while still getting the sale price that was going on. He was completely transparent about pricing and what was covered with the insurance and how to deal with issues regarding the couch both upon and after delivery. I could not have asked for a more helpful team and I will definitely recommend others go here as well. I'm very excited to enjoy my new couch once it arrives!

  Great team who listens and offers creative solutions their clients needs. Can quickly put together ideas for your space and offer a variety of options. Really liked how they could create your floor plan on a graphic design system to give clients the idea of the size of different prices and layout options.
