  Mike and Carol at Life Storage Wake Forest made our move in and short term storage very simple. We had 3 storage units to help us stage and move from our newly sold house. Letting us use the Life storage van for free made things much much easier. Saves us time and money.
  I appreciate Mike coming by to just say hi while our movers were moving us out. He offered to lock the main doors open to make it easier to get in and out.
  Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend

  I had never rented a storage unit before and was so pleased with the information and help Michael provided me today. He helped me figure out what size unit I needed, explained how the facility worked, and even taught me how to use my lock. He was very patient, kind and super helpful! I was also impressed with how cleanliness and safety of the building.

  The Service was exquisite and very personable. Took the time and listened to our needs and found the perfect storage unit to accommodate us. Was very gracious and thankful for our business. He made sure we were aware that if there was anything we needed that he was only a call away. The gold standard for service!

  I came in with a broken foot, and after a very rough day. Mike held the door as I hobbled my way in. He asked about my situation and then went COMPLETELY out of his way to help me. Down to helping me load my boxes. He took very good care of me. I recommend anyone go here and see him. He’s a great man, with great prices and will do anything to help the next person. Customer for life.

  Unique building design but very welcoming congregation. Very informative and actual use of the bible to teach is refreshing
