I was having a bad day so I decided to stop in before leaving town, looking for something simple but pretty to hopefully make myself feel better. Immediately I was greeted, offered a beverage and help with looking for the perfect necklace! They were so sweet and did not waste a minute tending to my needs. I’ve never been treated with better care and genuine kindness! Ari even gave me a bottle of wine with my purchase to show her sympathy to my situation. They don’t know how much this short interaction meant to me! HIGHLY recommend!

My fiance and I decided to spontaneously stop at Kesslers to look at engagement rings and were so happy we did. We worked with Ari and she was (is) AMAZING! Ari's enthusiasm, support, and understanding of diamonds/rings made our experience finding my engagement ring and our wedding bands so so wonderful. Kesslers has a "yes' policy. We bought my replacement ring here and had such a wonderful experience. Any changes and upgrades we made they were able to get it done that day. They always let me know that they will try their best and they usually deliver. I love the fact that their diamonds keep their value and each employee that I have worked with have been very kind. Joy, Gina and I apologize for not remembering the 2 gentlemen that helped us too. I would highly recommend buying your diamonds from Kesslers you won't regret it.
