  Had my Stand up freezer repaired on 1/11/18 I called DC Appliance and the technician was here the next day,He was very polite and professional and took the time to explain what the problem was b4 doing any repairs my freezer has been working great.Thank you so much.

  My fridge was not cooling so I call US Appliance Repair and they sent a technician. He was very knowledgeable and explained why the issue had happened and told me everything he had done to correct the problem. All work was done quickly and efficiently. Very professional and I had a good experience.

  My oven broke down right before my home inspection it was making a clicking sound .I called Sears but they wanted to schedule an appointment for week later .I got the Us appliance repair number from a friend .I called them and the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable ,nice and helpful.He took his time to direct me locate the model number.the technician came the same day with the part ,Fixed the problem in a short time .
  They called 30 minutes before,they showed up on time and fixed the problem. Excellent service from start to finish !
