As an older student that has been out of college for nearly 10 years, I must say that I am very impressed with the approach that University of Maryland University College (UMUC) takes to acclimate students to the academic environment. The days of standing in a long line at the registrar's office are over!My experience at UMUC (with selecting my major, enrolling in my classes, and the hybrid class format) has made me feel confident and prepared to obtain my Master's degree. I strongly recommend UMUC, especially to non-traditional students who may be apprehensive about starting or returning to school. This school is regionally accredited and a great institution.
