  Recently, I worked at PJCC for a very short time. I left due to a distance verse pay issue that was my own fault for not having figured out the cost impact prior to taking the position. There is a lot to unpack, I really do not have the time, right now. I needed to make sure that I gave a short review and recognition. I will stick with those 2 things. First thing is recognition for the committed and hard-working staff that I encountered. The Counseling Manager, Mr. Myron Jones is a good leader and has a huge passion for the work being done to produce young people that are productive members of society. Never had a manager that was so genuinely hands on, committed and showed incredible care for the students' well-being. I noticed that the center had some people there that really cared about the success of the students. Ms. Armstrong, Ms. Jordan, Ms. Brown, Ms. Fredericks, Ms. Marable & Mr. Washington was other outstanding staff that I personally noticed showed dedication, commitment and a genuine love for the students and their work. All of these people inspired me during my short time working for PJCC. I have worked for many organizations and in many positions on different levels, however, this company is definitely one that I saw myself staying with and making a contributing impact. It never felt like work or as if it was going to be "work". My review of PJCC probably wouldn't be fair, due to all the changes that are going on, right now. Therefore, I will not give my overall opinion of this place.

  My experience that was pretty good I like the place they help me get started free housing, free food, free fun certification and all.

  I attended PJC when i was 16yrs of age. That was the best fun filled yrs of my life. God willing i will turn 52 next month 9/17.
