  Good paint department, housewares, and hardware. If this store doesn't have it, they will order it for you. You can look on the TrueValue website to see the full selection available for ship to store.
  
  We recently needed to get a quart of paint for touch-ups on a wall with paint purchased at another store. By the other store's color name alone, their computer was able to precisely match the formula. We can barely tell where the patched paint is on our wall.
  
  The owner and staff are extremely nice and helpful. I don't mind at all paying a few bucks more for some items to keep this convenient local store in business in Southwest. This hardware store is hands-down the best thing that has opened in The Wharf for the neighborhood.

  Stopped in for the first time this morning to look for a bike lock and was immediately greeted by a very friendly employee. I was unsure about the differences between the various models and he very expertly walked me through the options and gave a recommendation. Unfortunately, someone came in a few days earlier and bought most of the stock, so I didn’t leave with a lock, but I would absolutely go back for any additional questions, guidance, or accessory purchases! Thank you!

  Excellent, knowledgeable staff; however, their offerings leaves some room for improvement.
  
  Generally when I have come in search of an item, whether it be landscaping or home-improvement, I find myself using amazon to order the item as they don’t carry the item I seek in store.
  
  That said, this store is great for everyday needs, is as local as it gets, and I support them whenever I can.
  
  10/10 customer experience.
