    Instructors are great! I was challenged by a variety of poses and sequences every vinyasa class. The staff is caring and welcoming. Studio is clean , beautifully designed and a perfect yoga home. Enjoy!

    I've been going regularly for a month or so now. So far I've only taken the Bikram classes but hope to catch some of their other classes soon. Loving Bikram (I'm new to it) and the instructors. The instructors are excellent and are kind people who care about you having a good experience in class. They do plenty of helpful demonstrations and give individual feedback/ tips during class. It's a very supportive environment. I"m in my 50's and the classes I've attended have been a nice mix of ages and ability. Highly recommend this studio.

    Great variety of classes and awesome instructors. The studio is right by the water, which does not hurt!

    Welcome to SW DC’s premium yoga studio! Vinyasa, Bikram Yoga, Restore, HIIT Classes, and more to come! The vaulted ceilings are amazing and there is some crazy geometry going on in there. There are showers in the changing rooms and mats and towels are rentable. Everything you need to do yoga!
