I’ll start by saying that she is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and a professional, through and through. But not only that. She is caring, understanding, motivating, inspiring, funny, and fun. And patient! I started training with Suzanna in 2017 at a park close to where we both lived. I thoroughly looked forward to our meetings, even though I hate to exercise! Suzanna made training doable and enjoyable. When we moved from meeting in person to Zoom sessions, I thought my enthusiasm for our sessions would wane. It hasn’t! Now that we’re 3000 miles apart, Zoom is our only option, and my workouts are valuable as before. Even though she can’t be right there by my side, I can tell that her eyes are on my every bend and breath, checking to see that I do the moves correctly. I’ve had several physical issues over the years that Suzanna helped me better understand and then addressed by varying the exercises to fit my needs. It's not unusual for me to get a text that leads me to information that will help me improve my health and speed up my recovery. That's Suzanna - she always goes the extra mile. I can’t recommend Suzanna McGee highly enough. You will love her.”

“Stopped in after a concert since it was one of the few places open late. Pleasantly surprised that happy hour runs in the afternoon and late at night. The place feels similar to a Hooters but dimmer and more laid back. From the happy hour menu, we tried the chips and cheese, tacos, and mozzarella bites which were solid for the price, though the cheese was a bit rubbery. Service was quick, and the place has pretty good energy with tons of TVs everywhere, almost too many. This is a great spot if you’re looking for somewhere to watch a game or hang out late.”

“We found Angels Senior living at Connerton through a Hospice nurse. My dad has been there since December 2024. He transferred from a previous assisted living facility. The care and services at this facility are excellent. The facility and layout is very nice. He is in a on bedroom unit with private bathroom, living room and kitchenette. Very roomy. The food is excellent with choices if my dad doesn’t like what they are serving. Also we were able to join my dad for lunch! Also the administrator, Scott, is very responsive as well as the awesome staff! I highly recommend.”

“I had an amazing experience this past weekend at Zivel. I was greeted by Destiney and Sage who were incredible with educating us on each service. They speak with enthusiasm when discussing the benefits of each service offered and answered all of our questions. My daughter tried float therapy for her anxiety and stress related to her daily challenges with being autistic. She really enjoyed the peace of floating in silence and felt completely relaxed while in the pod. (Something that is very rare for her.) I tried the infrared sauna and cryotherapy. The sauna was my favorite and surprisingly at 150 degrees, I did not sweat. Cryotherapy was also quite enjoyable, and I can see how it would really benefit a specific muscle target if I were experiencing any pain or fatigue. I will say I did sleep extremely well after using these services. Owners, Heidi and Curtis are dedicated to helping the community reach personal fitness and lifestyle goals.
