I'm not currently a regular patient, though I've previously been to Atlantic Psychiatric Centers to see Dr. Shuy. The front desk associates can be a little short, bordering on rude, at times. I know that they take Cigna and United Healthcare insurance.
Dr. Shuy is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and accommodating. He has great bedside manner, is non judgmental, and he's extremely easy to talk to. I think he is a wonderful psychologist and I'm grateful that he practices in the area. I don't go to see Dr. Shuy on a regular basis any longer. However, I'm very thankful to know that he is available when I need him.
