(October 20, 2019, 12:14 pm)Great rate and great service at 528 Port Parking, their staffs deserve an applause as they work so hard to provide the best services as they can. If you're looking for a fancy parking lot with AC waiting area, go park somewhere else and pay a lot more. All we need is a secured place to park our rental car for a few days with convenience drop off/pick up to/from the cruise port and they have it all. When we came back from the cruise, as soon as we walk out the cruise terminal their van was already there waiting for us. We arrived the parking and found our car at the front gate ready for pick up. This is our first time use 528 Port Parking and it won't be the last, we will come back again and will recommend this place to our friends.

Lori was super knowledgeable, friendly, and personable ! She took us down to the port and on returning from our cruise she remembers dropping us off and treated us very warmly like we were family ...
Would definitely use this company again for our next cruise !! -

(September 28, 2019, 11:11 am)We live around a half hour from the port and usually get a ride. 528 Parking was so very easy and reasonable that they will be our go to parking lot for future cruises out of Canaveral. I specifically like the park and lock. The van driver was fast an d efficient. All in all a great deal.

I called 528 Port Parking and spoke with Fred. I asked if he would look in the van and parking lot to see if I had dropped the card. To be honest, I didn't hold too much hope that they would find the card. They are very busy and have several vans; plus at least 3.5 hours had passed since we left the facility.
