  I can’t say enough positive things about Joyce and her team and the level of quality care provided to my grandmother during her final months. Always professional, always compassionate, always attentive and always in my heart, as I am forever grateful. In my opinion, you won’t find a better caregiver for your loved ones.

  When your loved one needs 24 hour care, the first thought is “will the caregiver be attentive, respectful and have the knowledge to give my loved one the best care possible.
  
  My mother was so very fortunate, as were my sister and I, to have Joyce Munnings and her staff come into our lives for our mother’s care in her last six months of life.
  
  What we didn’t expect was to find ALL those first thoughts happening but we also found ourselves loving JOYCE as a sister to us and treating our mother as if she was her own. Our mother adored her.
  
  The care and understanding of the elderly in their last weeks takes a special kind of person and JOYCE is that person. She understands the process and explained to us what was happening and what to expect. It was still painful but somehow her kindness made us less afraid.
  
  You can feel safe and confident hiring Joyce and her staff to care for your loved one. She’s wonderful.

  Top notch caregiving from a professional staff. The dedication and compassion provided to my mother was remarkable. We could not have managed without Joyce's assistance.

  If you need senior care, look no further than A Caregiver’s Heart. Joyce and her team took care of my husband Alex in his last year. She also cared for my neighbor Kaye for several years, and then my close friend Edith in her last 6 months. You’ll not find a more compassionate, caring and experienced provider at a very reasonable cost. Whether simply long term home care or hospice care at home or in a facility, Joyce and her team treat your loved one as if they were their own family. I’d be happy to talk to anyone who needs more information.

  Our family is so very grateful for the care you and your staff provided Aunt Kay during her final years.
  
  Especially because we were not “on the scene” (1,000 miles away),it was such a comfort to rely on your professionalism, respect and love.
  Your communication to us was thorough and clear – whether by phone or email.
  
  And what a joy it was to see you "in action"!
  
  The care Aunt Kay received was clearly exceptional. We had the opportunity to experience other providers here in MD, and know that you and your staff are a blessing.
  
  With Aunt Kay, you were attentive, respectful, conversant, and sensitive.
  Your efforts to keep her physically active – supporting and initiating exercise and physical therapy - were key to her comfort and longer-term mobility.
  
  Most of all, I will remember the LOVE that Aunt Kay received. We witnessed it in the form of conversation (even one-sided!), hugs, dances,
  gentleness and care.
  
  A Caregivers Heart is such an appropriate name for your company; a company serving both the elderly and their families with HEART...and an abundance of positive energy, knowledge and compassion.
  
  On behalf of Aunt Kay and her family, we are eternally grateful – and wholeheartedly recommend A Caregiver’s Heart to others seeking care for their loved ones.
