  The LInc Brookhaven has been an incredible experience. As someone who has lived in over 10 different apartment communities, I've seen a lot and the facilities, staff, and maintenance here are top notch. Kayla has been extremely responsive to any questions I have, and always goes above and beyond. The shared facilities, pool, and gym are incredible. Beautiful Technogym equipment to utilize, and a pool that is hard to match. The apartments themselves are spacious, and quiet. I very rarely, if ever, hear my neighbors. Having a few parks in walking distance is an excellent perk, and the location along 285 makes it very convenient! Would highly recommend!

  I love this place. Been here 7 months and have no complaints. The most important thing for me is people so I have to thank KAYLA WARTH for been so nice, polite and professional and for making my stay here so much better. It is a delight to talk to someone who is always available and ready to take immediate action for any request big or small.   This apartment is by far the nicest in the area and competitively priced! Our leasing agent Kayla Wirth was also a big factor in my decision as well. She was professional and could answer all my questions, which surprisingly many agents aren't able to do. I love all the amenities and the community is great too. Security is very important for me since we're in Atlanta and The LINC definitely checks the box. Highly recommend The LINC and to speak to Kayla!

  The Linc Brookhaven is an amazing place to live. The property , apartments , surroundings are beautiful and the amenities great. Most important , the staff is fantastic; the leasing office members could not be more friendly , knowledgeable and helpful; the maintenance staff always performs at top level and goes the extra mile and are prompt to respond as well. Management is always responsive to the questions and needs of the residents . I have been living here since December, 2020 and have been enjoying every minute. Thank you Linc Brookhaven !

  I rented space in that building from 1995 to 2014 and Marco was the most responsive , customer oriented landlord , that I encountered !
  
  Marco was always checking to make sure all was right with me , as a tenant !

  Bazon-Cox and Associates Inc. rented two suites from Space Coast for 7 years. We found the units to be safe and convenient. The landlord is quite responsive and very accommodating to our requests. This space is perfect for a new business, with affordable space and good parking. We were able to grow our presence in Florida while controlling our overhead. Thank you, Marco!

  Space Coast Business Center works with tenants and prospective tenants to match units to their needs. They are responsive and genuinely care about your business. Their motto seems to be "Anything we can do to help!" My business rented two units for four years and could have expanded at Space Coast if necessary. It was affordable and well suited to the needs of the business.
  
  The location is very good - just yards from a major thoroughfare, allowing for easy access while mitigating the expense and inconvenience of frontage on a high traffic street. There was never a safety issue or a parking issue.
  
  I totally enjoyed my time at Space Coast and would recommend these proactive landlords.
