  We stop in for breakfast. Server was friendly and came over quick. The meal I got came with. 3 eggs, bacon hash browns, pancakes and French toast. I recommend you get the French toast and enjoy it while it hot. The coffee was fresh and hot. I recommend Perkins in Melbourne Fl.

  I rarely give a restaurant 5 stars. There's always at least 1 issue. And Perkins, anywhere you can find one, are no different. The service was great, the food was great (even though they no longer have bread bowl salads!) But the place itself needs an upgrade.
  All in all a pleasant experience.

  It had been about 2 years since I had eaten at a Perkins restaurant since there isn't one very close to home. My wife loved their pancakes and always said that the only pancakes that were better than Perkins' were the ones I made her at home. Oh, and the rest of the meal was great too. Waitress was very bubbly and all smiles. Wonderful dining experience.

  Haven't eaten there in quite a few years. Past 3 months have been a handful of time. Breakfast has been really good. Tonight I tried their prime rib. For a place like Perkins it's about what I expected. Not great, but not horrible. Service on all occasions has been prompt and very courteous.

  Great choice for a reasonable meal. Lots of choices. Over 55 menu. Manager (owner?) was involved, caring and it was obvious that he knew several customers. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned about the patrons. Delicious pies, muffins and cookies. Monday night special includes pie! Not fancy but a good value.
