Duron Smith A/C & Heat

Cory was so polite and knowledgeable. He explained all aspects of what he was doing and ensured me that our A/C system was in great shape and performing well.
Cory didn't know until I told late in his maintenance check that I was a HV/AC instructor years ago and that he was doing an exceptional job.
He assisted my decision to upgrade my current thermostat with a new wifi unit in the near future.

Corey was my AC tech. He was on time, very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took to explain how my AC system works. He patiently answered all my questions. He took the time to troubleshoot my unit and repair the issue quickly. As Robert was my prior techs on several calls, he spent the time to communicate with Robert also. This was definitely a positive experience.

We had a second copper pipe water leak in house slab in 2 years-not a great situation. Called a couple of companies for repair estimates. Duron Smith was first to arrive the same day we called. Dan arrived and assessed the situation and suggested re-piping the house instead of identifying and fixing the pipe at point of leak. What a great idea as we had no confidence that another leak would not occur. We had plans to travel out of state and needed the work to be completed quickly. The office helped push the permit through the township and Dan started the work immediately. The work was completed one day before we left on our trip. We truly appreciate the assistance provided by Duron Smith and especially want to thank Dan for his professional and meticulous work in completing the project. He was thorough and respected our home during the entire process. Great Job!!!!!

After a long day at work I came home and water was running out of my Ac vents. We called Duron Smith right away and within an hour we heard from John that he was on his way. John was great! He called when he was 15 minutes away to let us know when to expect him. He checked the AC unit thoroughly and told me what to watch out for in case there is trouble.
We have used them before and will continue using their services. 5 stars and a thumbs up! You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended company!

My landlord has a service contract with this company Nic called an hour so early and said he could be there in about 30 minutes which worked out absolutely perfect, was on time professional and had a great personality. I myself am a technician for garage doors and I'm very familiar with doing service at people's houses and he was very courteous ,And extremely knowledgeable. Even though nothing was broken with the AC unit and had it had been running fine he still did all of his test and asked many questions to have my unit running for a as long as possible. He didnt just show up and write some stuff down which i jave had haooen before.From the 1st call with the woman on the phone to Nic leaving I was very pleased with the entire company being courteous and having great customer service will always use them thank you
