  Shopped for about two months looking for the best value, and best deal spa for my money, to replace a 15 yo spa that came with the house we recently purchased, that was old and hard to find parts for due to company going under.
  Wanted American made from a reputable company that has been around and not going anywhere, backed by a dealer that was going to be around to service it when needed. Came down to two dealers and Daniel at Mr. Fireplace was the deciding factor. Knowledgeable and no pressure salesman. Store was clean, organized and well laid out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time and installation was professional and well done, with clean up after. Looks good and works great!

  Mr Fireplace repaired and updated our gas fireplace so we can now enjoy it..after years of not being able to use it. Their retail and service staff were professional and knowledgeable which made the process an easy one for us. They showed up when they said they would, did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to work with. So refreshing! 5 stars without a doubt..

  I had my fire place installed when my home was built in 2005. It is beautiful and keeps us warm when it’s cool outside! My chihuahua Hotchi loves it. She sits right in front of in her bed. I had to call for a service call last week. The repairman was there on time and took very good care of us. Prompt professional service is always a nice thing! And much appreciated always!
