When it came time to add my sister onto my line, he offered the Valentine’s Day deal when Straight talk wouldn’t unlock her phone. The Valentine’s Day deal is a free iPhone XS, And he helped her setting it up and Ensuring everything was 100% correct. Andy has gotten to know me and I can be a difficult customer because I do not understand some things. Andy will take the extra time to explain everything out to me and ensures I leave happy. Andy also has a wealth of knowledge and if he doesn’t know an answer to a question, then he will lean on one of those more experienced coworkers and ensure I get the right answer.
