(January 26, 2020, 7:36 pm)This is a 29.49 acre park maintained by Brevard County Parks & Rec. It's a multi use park with an equestrian facility, playground, pavilion with picnic tables, canoe/kayak launch and hiking trails. There is a small lagoon that offers refuge for manatees.

(November 8, 2019, 11:09 am)Beautiful, quiet, serene water. Rented a kayak home for a manatee sighting, but got to see lots of cool birds and jumping fish instead. Cool kids play area, BUT we were eaten alive by mosquitoes within minutes and had to leave.

(October 6, 2019, 1:39 pm)Always about 5 manatees hanging around the cove. Be patient and find a good vantage point to see them come up to breathe. If you're lucky they'll almost beach themselves eating greenery on the bank. Great park for kids. Bring mosquito spray. Kayaks available to rent by phone.
