The first septic company I called did not return my call. The second company I called did not answer the phone. When I called Ramage Septic, the lady that answered was courteous and knowledgeable. We set up an appointment for the next day. The fellows that serviced the septic very pleasant and professional. They also gave good guidance on how to take care of the system.

Called and spoke to a very knowledgeable lady, she quickly assessed our problem and said she could get someone out to my house today. They were here within 3 hours and quickly took care of the problem. Everyone was very knowledgeable and super pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend this company!

We had our septic tank overflowed on a Friday night. Early Saturday morning Ramage called me back and had a truck out to our house within the hour. They found that our septic tank was full and our guest bathroom had a clog in the pipe. They were very thorough and polite. No one else called us back until Monday.
Ramage had a plumber's out to our house Monday and our problem was fixed quickly and preventative measures that they did to assure that we would have no more problems in the furture.
Ramage has earned our business for as long as we live here.

Called for urgent estimate on a repair and when he couldn't reach me back via telephone, he came straight to our office. Extremely fantastic customer service!!! I called at least 10 other plumbing services within a 25 mile radius and only one other said they would make it out (in 4+ hours or longer) same day. Terry, Tammy, Sandy, Don and company are professionals with exceptional customer service. I’m pretty sure that I’m their most annoying residential customer but they never make me feel that way. They are honest, responsive, fair and reliable. Thank you Ramage!!
