My wife and I was looking for a house to buy in Melbourne Beach following a job transfer from New Jersey. To begin with we communicated back and forth with 4 other Realtors getting to know them until we could make the decision to work with one Realtor. Past experience has taught me that building a trusting relationship with one agent ensures a smooth home purchase, from finding the right home to the closing. Tracey was the only one who was interested in getting to know us and listening to our wants and needs, she showed us properties in the neighborhoods we wanted to be in, the properties that met our criteria and budget and was also super with us in where to go and what to do when we have relocated, such as getting homesteaded, getting on the utilities, changing over our vehicle registrations and so on.
