    Great park to view rocket launches across the bay at Cape Canaveral. No parking? Plenty across the street. Bring binoculars.

If you are willing to drive I would recommend Nicol Park in Port St John. It's right across the river from the space center. And probably one of the better places to watch the launch. Also there is a playground there for your daughter while you wait for the launch. I imagine it's going to be pretty busy it being the second heavy ever launched ...
