  I agree that the office staff can be frustrating, the attitude with new customers, and the lack of support or information can be jarring, especially as her patients are people struggling with their mental health. However, I find Dr. Maddali to be the best mental health care professional that I have ever worked with. She listens to my needs, and slowly eases me into new medications and is careful to look out for side effects. I have a feeling the reason her office staff struggles is because her services are in such high demand.

  Dr Maddali receives close to 30 new patient requests per day, on a line that is voice mail only. This line is checked daily. The office manager is able to call 4 - 5 people per day to set up new patient appointments. Once a new patient has been reached, a file is made, and from there, appointments are set. Right now the office is scheduling new patient appointments about 6 - 8 weeks out. Please consider that this is a single provider office with two employees before taking out your frustration in a negative way. Dr Maddali is an amazing doctor with a stellar reputation, please don't tarnish it with bad reviews because of the size of the office or the responsibilities of the staff. Thank you.

  Dr Maddali is difficult to get established with, yes, but that is because she is so good and in high demand. Bottom line, best doctor I've had. Understands depression, anxiety, addiction, the repercussion of addiction later on in life in sobriety, and a whole host of other things. Would recommend her over and over again.
