My tech was very considerate and calmed my apprehension. She took her time and did an exceptional job.
My experience was wonderful, the administrative staff, very well knowledge about my insurance, they catch a potential situation with my insurance before happened. The imaging day, the technician was amazing, telling everything step by step, she even asked me for my favorite music, and she found it. Excellent.
This place is amazing! If you have claustophobia there's no need to fear, Open MRI is here. The machine they have is short, tall, and wide. It's not a tight fit like normal MRI machines. Add to that Joanne, the absolutely fabulous Technician. She made me feel comfortable and calm. I'll never go anywhere else.
I have taken my mother here. They are so kind and patient. They clearly want their patients to feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.
First of all they have amazing hours. So thankful for a Saturday appointment. Scheduling was easy. Upon arriving the office was very welcoming. Coffee and water easily available. It was a very comfy enviroment and pleasant experience. Staff did not keep us waiting and was very hospitable.
