  On April 19th I requested Mrs. Sharon Harvey, of Dignity Memorial Gardens, Rockledge FL, recommendations for a floral arrangement for my son's memorial bench. She suggested I talk with Mr. Marcus Chester (also of Dignity) and he would order two arrangements before Easter. For some unknown reason my floral request was transferred from Mr. Chester to a previously unknown sales lady. This sales lady called me the next day informing me that any information or requests for grounds service (floral arrangement placement) needed to go through her and only her directly. The sales lady quickly moved the conversation into sales information concerning the annual service they provide to automatically place floral arrangements on select dates. I listened to the sales information but did not purchase any plan.
  For the next few days the sales lady, and her manager (???), and I exchanged several phone calls because they were having difficulty locating my son's Memorial Bench. Finally the bench was located and the flowers placed there after which I requested they text me a photo of the flowers in place at the bench.
  The flowers were placed in the two vases beside the bench with the long stems not being trimmed to accommodate the short side length of the vases. This may seem nitpicking but the end result was not very professional looking and the flowers would probably have blown away with the first decent wind. If you are going to sell a personal service in this environment first understand the emotions involved and make sure it has the quality and dignity of the surroundings ingrained within it. Needless to say, I will NOT purchase the annual service to place flowers on designated dates.
  Again, I contacted Mrs. Sharon Harvey for assistance in this matter. Mrs. Harvey who was on vacation at the time assured me that the matter would be taken care of immediately when she returned to work.
  As usual Mrs. Harvey kept her word and took care of the problem immediately upon her return. Now the floral arrangement looks exceptional. It represents the emotional meaning of placing the flowers on a loved one's memorial in the first place. Mrs. Harvey is always willing to go out of her way to help correct customer concerns and make it right.
  I'm not sure of her position with Dignity Memorial Gardens; but, to me (and when I do future referrals for their services), SHE IS the person to see. Again, thank you Mrs. Harvey for always taking the initiative to go above and beyond in customer satisfaction arena. Both you and Mr Marcus Chester are true assets for Dignity Memorial Gardens.
